We fell in love with the idea of bringing the quality and mission of a farm to table restaurant to a food truck. Passionate people with green thumbs, a sense of what tastes good, and decent heads on their shoulders can serve affordable gourmet New American food on Baltimore’s streets—that’s who we are and what we do!

We’ve been serving up delicious familiar favorites and exciting innovative options since 2016. We partner with local farms and bakeries in and around Baltimore and we’re proud to highlight the various artisan and creative neighbors in this city.

We do juicy burgers, tasty sandwiches, and satisfying sides– including our hand-cut fries.

Let’s talk about our burgers for a minute. Whether it’s our signature farm burger or any of our other specialty burgers, you’re getting a 1/3 lb patty on a brioche bun grilled to order. How would you like that cooked?!

We pride ourselves on our house ketchup! We’re not gonna lie—it’s kind of addicting. We put it on our burgers and hand-cut fries and closely guard the recipe. It all starts with an old school fry-cutter to split our potatoes!

If you’re vegetarian or gluten-free, no problem. We got you in mind! Enjoy a rotating menu of options that features corn tortillas and organic mushrooms and vegetables.

Try some of our fusion dishes like Banh mi Tacos or Cubano Sandwiches—you got the whole world in our truck!

While we always serve our signature burgers and sandwiches, some of our menu rotates with the seasons so whether it’s summertime or it’s chilly out, our offerings items will reflect that!
